A mining camp in the Gold Fields region of WA needed to avoid costly and unreliable access to the grid associated with operating in remote regions. They sought a reliable, heavy-duty solution to serve as an emergency power source for critical equipment in the camp.
Blue Diamond Machinery supplied the mining camp with two Denyo DCA-400SPKII 3 phase diesel generators. These heavy-duty generators are designed to be totally user-friendly and extremely weather resistant, ensuring maintenance costs stayed down and power output remained high over the duration of the project. Their sound attenuated enclosures also ensured extremely quiet operation without disrupting the mine camp.Â
The installation of two 400kVA Denyo generators meant the mining camp was able to enjoy robust, efficient and weather resistant power for the ongoing operation. The heavy-duty generators created peace of mind that critical operations and equipment would continue to run if grid power becomes unreliable or inaccessible.
